We went to the Tractor Show this weekend with Grandpa & Grandma DeBoer, Uncle Chris, Aunt Kara & Alyssa. It was lots of fun. Grandpa had two tractors there, but we got to see hundreds of different tractors during the day. Joel was in heaven! He loved sitting up on the tractors with Daddy and Grandpa. He was constantly steering and honking (the imaginary horn) and pulling every knob and lever. Grandpa thinks he was born to drive a tractor! Joel also had lots of fun with his cousin Alyssa! 
One of the day's highlights was the tractor parade where Dad got to display two of his tractors. He drove one of them and Curt got to drive the other. It was so fun to watch... especially when we know how much time and effort dad puts into fixing up and working on his tractors. After the parade, we all sat in the grass for a picnic lunch. It was great. Joel is already looking forward to coming again next year! Until then, we'll have plenty of opportunities to play on the tractor's at Grandpa's house!
