Joel's First Knock Knock Joke...kind of.

Joel heard a knock knock joke on one of his cartoons the other day. Since then...he keeps trying to say it. So far, he hasn't quite been successful, but he is getting close. Instead of opening with "knock. knock." he starts with "knock knock joke..." It makes me laugh.

While we were eating lunch yesterday, I got a call from Curt. After I hung up, Joel said, "Daddy is the best daddy in the whole world." I thought that was so cute until he said..."Just like me cuz I'm the best boy in the whole wide world."

Nice. Maybe this week we will start talking about humility!

Grace Elizabeth DeBoer is getting cuter every day. She's my little girlfriend. We got a chance to go out shopping with just the two of us last week (Grandpa & Grandma DeBoer took the J-man out). It was so much fun to shop around with my little girl!
