We had a great time this Easter with the kids. They were definitely excited about going on an Easter egg hunt at Grandma & Grandpa DeBoer's house. Now, we just have to figure out a way to dole out the candy in small amounts over the next month! They are thrilled with all their treats! Here's some pics of our day...
March was a busy month for us. Joel turned four. I turned...well...I had a birthday, too. We also had our 20 week ultrasound to check on Baby #3. We decided not to find out the baby's gender, so it will be a surprise in April. I tried telling Joel that we were going to see the baby on TV at the doctor's office...so he was pretty disappointed at the fuzzy black and white images. I think he was expecting to see a little baby floating around like a cartoon! Right now...Gracie says it's a girl...and Joel says it's a boy. So...we know that one of them is right!
Other than that...things are going pretty well in the DeBoer household. Curt has been super helpful with the kiddos, and he even painted the living room for me! Little did he know that this would turn into a "let's paint the living room, bedroom, kitchen & bathroom" type of job. Good thing we have a few months before baby arrives!
We're on the hunt for a minivan now that the family will be expanding. My "soccer mom" season has finally arrived! And...I'm searching for a trundle bed since Joel & Grace will have to share a room once baby arrives. Let me know if you hear of anything! I've been craigslist-ing it every day! Apparently, people don't get rid of trundle beds very often!
Hope you all had a happy Easter! Now that we have some beautiful weather...I'll try to get some summer pics up of the kids. I can't believe that there will be THREE of them in less than four months! Ahhhhhh!!!!
